Samuel (Linkedin) : Ex-UBS, Ex-EY auditor ,Business economist with 10+ years experience in financial management and business consulting. Samuel believes entrepreneurs should understand their numbers as easily as reading a car dashboard. He emphasizes transparency and simplicity as pillars of sound financial management, helping SMEs make confident decisions based on real-time data.

Co-Founder and Swiss Chartered Accountant & ASR-licensed Audit Expert
Mourad (Linkedin): Ex-UBS, Ex-EY auditor and former regional CFO with international experience across Europe and Middle East. Passionate about digital transformation, Mourad has witnessed how technology can revolutionize financial operations. He specializes in Odoo implementation and believes a modern fiduciary should be more than a service provider, a strategic partner driving growth and security.
As a CFO, I was constantly waiting for my numbers to make decisions. I created DHAC so business leaders have immediate access to their financial data and can make informed decisions.
Romain
Partner / Consultant
Romain (Linkedin): Ex-UBS, former Operations Manager at BB Energy Suisse, with 16+ years of experience in petroleum products trading and physical operations. Romain has managed end-to-end logistics, contract negotiation and banking relationships for international commodity flows. This dual background : banking and commodity trading, gives him a rare ability to understand both the financial and operational realities of his clients' businesses. Currently completing his FINMA insurance specialist certification, Romain also heads DHAC's insurance offering, ensuring entrepreneurs are not only well-managed, but well-protected.
