Audit Assurance
DHAC is licensed by the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority (AOSA/ASR) as a licensed auditor (réviseur agréé)*. This licence allows us to act as the statutory audit body for companies subject to the limited statutory audit, and to attest capital transactions that require the involvement of a licensed auditor under the Swiss Code of Obligations.
Our audit services are a natural extension of our role as a trusted fiduciary for Swiss SMEs: an independent and rigorous review of your accounts, carried out by an adviser who already knows your business.
*DHAC SA is licensed as an ASR auditor and operates within the scope of the mandates permitted by this license, including limited audits and certain statutory verifications, in accordance with the applicable requirements.
Limited statutory audit
The statutory audit applicable to the vast majority of Swiss corporations (SA/AG) and limited liability companies (Sarl/GmbH).
We act as the independent audit body to review your annual accounts and issue the audit report required by law.
Capital increase attestation / contributions in kind
When a company increases its share capital through a contribution in kind, debt-to-equity conversion or incorporation of reserves, a licensed auditor must verify and attest the capital increase report under Art. 652f CO.
